- Fabric softening;
- All the properties could be changed in accordance with customers’ requirements.
DIPPED AND THERMO TREATED POLYESTER AND NYLON-6.6 FABRICS APPLICATION
Dipped and thermo treated Nylon-6 cord fabric (NY-6) is used as a multilayer carcass in cargo, oversized, agricultural and other tires.
Dipped and thermo treated Nylon-6.6 cord fabrics (NY-6.6) are used in premium passenger car tires and aircraft tires.
The capacities for the production of nylon cord at TEXXCORE launched since the plant was founded in 1966. In 2013, a technical re-equipment of production was carried out, which made it possible to produce higher quality products in accordance with modern requirements.

DIPPED AND THERMO TREATED POLYESTER CORD FABRICS APPLICATION
Dipped and thermo treated polyester cord fabrics are mainly used as multiplayer carcass in the passenger and light trucks tire. It helps to carry the load and to keep the shape of the tire throughout its service life. The tires with polyester cord fabrics have good wear-resistance, fuel efficiency, and low level of noise.

DIPPED AND THERMO TREATED POLYESTER CORD FABRICS ADVANTAGES
- Lower wearability;
- Greater homogeneity;
- Heat-resistance;
- Low shrinkage;
- Greater steadiness to cyclic load;
- High speed characteristics.
The listed advantages allow for the production of tires:
- Reduce waste;
- Increase the productivity of labor and equipment;
- Reduce material costs.
